From the very beginning, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put us at ease. The planning process was outstanding—every detail was clearly explained, and the team worked with us to bring our vision to life while offering helpful insights and practical solutions. One of the standout aspects of working with this company was their excellent communication. We were kept informed at every stage of the project, with regular updates and complete transparency about timelines and costs. There were no hidden surprises—everything was clearly outlined from the start, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the renovation. The project was completed right on schedule, a testament to their efficiency and dedication. Everybody from the Bashtan management office to the onsite team delivered to the highest standard. Before committing, we were given the opportunity to see some of their previous projects, which were absolutely stunning and gave us a real sense of what was possible. This was incredibly helpful in setting expectations and getting inspiration for our own home. We're thrilled with the final result and can’t thank the team enough for their hard work, skill, and integrity. Highly recommended!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. About to start projects 3 and 4 with Bashtan, which probably says it all. It’s been a real pleasure working with the team — professional, reliable, and a great eye for detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’re really happy with our house renovation by Bashtan. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the whole process felt smooth and well-managed. Thank you for transforming our home—we’d highly recommend you!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where to start - the whole team at Bashtan are just fantastic, and I can say without any hesitation, that I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a home renovation project. This was my first ever renovation, and from the get-go, the team were super professional, diligent, thorough, kind, and delivered an end result that far exceeded my expectations! The initial quote was itemised by task, and costed accordingly (in contrast to the two other firms I also asked to quote, both of whom kept it very vague, costing instead, the whole project as an approximation); moreover, the quotes were reasonable and in-line with market (trust me...I checked!). Finally, and crucially, the payment schedule associated with each task, tracked with a completion timetable (again, many other builders tend to ask for large up-front payments, and then fail to deliver the works). This is a real differentiator, and created full transparency, and alignment between myself as the client, and the Bashtan team. Then, as far as the experience during the renovation itself (~4 months), again, I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team. The lads on site each have their own specialties, and are very dedicated to their crafts, each completing the works to the highest standard. Crucially, they were always on site when they said they would be (timely and reliable!), were clearly very hard working, and just as importantly, are also all wonderful people, who were always very considerate when I was in / visiting the house, kind and in good spirits. I have already recommended the Bashtan team to several friends of mine, and will continue to do the same to anyone considering a home renovation – you are in the very best hands! A very sincere thank you to the whole team!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with the work Bashtan did renovating my Victorian house in Clapham Between The Commons, originally built in 1900. They completely transformed it into a modern, elegant home while preserving its original character. The team worked non-stop for 6 months with incredible dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every part of the renovation was delivered to the highest standard, and the results speak for themselves. They were reliable, transparent, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality renovation work—you’ll be in great hands.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Bashtan was hassle free, professional and simple. We have a great build and the follow up has been quality. Easy to recommend.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bashtan did an excellent job on our 5-storey extension & refurbishment project in Fulham. The quality of the finish was exceptionally high, and the team were a pleasure to deal with. Yuriy, our site manager, in particular was a great partner during the project. Clear communication, close attention to detail, excellent management of relationships with the numerous other trades/suppliers we had to coordinate on site. I couldn't recommend Bashtan highly enough, and I hope to use them again in the future.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bashtan recently completed a full house renovation, basement extension, and side-return extension for us, and we are thrilled with the results. Their professionalism, work ethic, and skills are truly remarkable. I highly recommend them to anyone taking on a complex project in Fulham or in the area. Andy, Bashtan’s manager, proved to be creative and pragmatic each time we could face issues. His team helped completing the project on time and broadly within budget, demonstrating their commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering on their promises. We have had a dedicated team, led by Marijus our project manager, who delivered great project planning, ensuring a seamless workflow from start to finish. All team members were respectful, polite, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the renovations and extensions. They now just completed snagging satisfactorily and remained generally available for assistance, which is always good for peace of mind. They have earned our highest recommendation, and we are extremely grateful for their fantastic work.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are Space Group Architects and Bashtan won one of our tenders to implement a project in Kensington & Chelsea. Their workmanship is of very good quality. They were always professional, proactive and responsive. The project is a great success and we are looking forward doing more work with them.Posted on Google
